Don’t you just love a good transformation?

Hey Friend!

Happy Easter! I love a good transformation and the one we celebrate this weekend holds more importance than anything and is absolutely above all. Today is Good Friday, the day we remember Jesus' crucifixion on the cross, becoming the ultimate atoning sacrifice. He had no sin, yet took all sin upon himself for us. The most beautiful part of this story is that it doesn't end there. Sunday is coming. On the third day He arose from the grave to conquer death so that all who believe in Him and confess Him as Lord & Savior can live with him in eternity! Amen, Hallelujah and Thank You Lord! My favorite transformation indeed. ❤️

Now let's talk about a transformation that began in Easter past...11 years ago actually. While it holds no where near the importance of the above, it's one with meaning. This was me, my husband and (then 2 year old) son on Easter 2010. We were just a few weeks away from the beginning of a transformation yet we didn't even know it!

A few weeks after this picture, we took on the 24 Day Jumpstart and life changed! We gained energy, lost weight and almost 11 years later, we still love this system! TJ was a huge skeptic back then, but a picture tells a thousand words. Here's us on a recent trip to Cabo. Transformation? Um, yeah.

When you find something that works, you stick with it.

The exciting news is that the 24 Day Jumpstart is currently on sale and comes with a ton of freebies (this week only)! You'll save $10 off the retail price plus receive a bag of Yumberry Spark (yes, it's yum!) and a bottle of Catalyst if you order by April 7th! Plus free shipping! 👏🏻

Even better, use this link to save an additional 10% Off! Go for it, I'm here to help!

Let me tell you what I'm also loving right now. I did a lower body circuit workout this week and it was fabulous! Check out this post on my IG feed for videos from the creator for the full details. 🍑

Now it's time to enjoy some family traditions! This weekend we'll make resurrection rolls, dye Easter eggs, attend worship at our church, and look forward to baskets filled by the Easter Bunny (yes you can love Jesus and still enjoy holiday fun). I hope you are enjoying some traditions too!

He is risen!

P.S. Don't forget our April Arm & Shoulder Challenge! I'm starting mine on Monday!
