So much good stuff: Free Workout Friday, A Push-up Hack & Mom-Win Popsicles

Hey Friend! I have so many good things to share with you today, let’s just dive in!

First…Free Workout Friday is back! I love a simple workout that I can expand (by completing more rounds) or scale back because I’m short on time. Bonus points if it’s a total body workout. This one ticks off all the boxes:

Speaking of summer work, how are you coming along with the Pushup Challenge? The numbers are getting higher, so it’s definitely becoming more of a challenge. You should split the reps up into sets, but also check out this great push up hack to help you keep progressing.

Finally, something a little fun for the kids (or anyone really!). My kids love to make these Rehydrate popsicles every summer and they are always a hit.

Helps keep them hydrated, low on sugar and provides electrolytes. Total Mom Win.

These are so easy to make, just choose your favorite flavor (they’re all good - these are fruit punch), then mix two scoops (this is the key) to 8 oz of water. Make as much as is needed for the reusable molds you have on hand (or go old school and make them in dixie cups with a toothpick 😉). This time we even made extra mix and put it in fun shaped (they are actually Halloween themed 😂) ice molds to use in water!
