June Fitness Challenge

Hey Friend!

The days are getting longer and the sun is out! This is the perfect time of year to amp up your activity level and take a big step forward in reaching your fitness goals. This could be as simple as waking up a little earlier to get in a quick 20 minute workout or taking a walk after dinner to enjoy the sunset. Make it a goal to move at least 150 per week! When I say “move” I mean doing something that you enjoy which gets your heart rate up and causes you to break a sweat. You can break up the 150 minutes any way you like - 30 minutes 5 days a week might be the easiest, but even 10 minute bursts of activity throughout the day makes a difference!

Last month we focused on planks, plus taking this collagen daily. WOW can I tell a difference in my skin!!!! The entire Glow Line is on SALE, so you better believe I am stocking up!

This month’s fitness challenge focuses on your core (abs & lower back), glutes, thighs, and more - I call it the “Core to Floor” Challenge! We are going to build upon the planks from last month’s challenge and work on toning our lower body as well (hello shorts)!
