A Free Workout for My Friends

Hey Friend!

It’s summer break!!!! At least where we live it is. The end of last week brought the last day of school (for three of my four kiddos anyway), K graduation for our youngest, Closing Ceremony for our school AND our 22nd wedding anniversary! Needless to say, that kept me a little behind in sending you an email, but to make it up to you here is a FREE workout for you! You can do this at home, at the gym, with light weights, or moderate. Do each exercise for 1 minute, rest as needed, and stretch between rounds. You can do as many rounds as possible in the time you have allotted (this could be a 15, 30, or 45 minute workout).

1 MINUTE CIRCUIT WORK

NARROW STANCE SQUATS

BICEP CURLS

HIP BRIDGES

ALTERNATING FRONT LUNGES

TRICEP KICKBACK (RIGHT)

PLATE CRUNCH

SUMO SQUATS

HAMMER CURLS

CURTSY LUNGES

TRICEP KICKBACK (LEFT)
