Hey Friend! I love simple workouts. Give me a short list of things to do in a short amount of time while I let my mind wander on whatever I have to process in life - yes. If you haven’t tried this before, or if you like these types of workouts and are always looking for ideas, this is for you! Bonus: this can be a partner workout! Double bonus: you can do this at home! All you need is a dumbbell or kettlebell (10lb is fine - adjust up or down according to your fitness level) and a rower (or just run/walk/jog outside). You can do this as a circuit on your own or pair up with a friend (one of you will be on the rower/runner while the other one completes the “10’s Circuit”, then you switch. Get as much done as you can in 30 minutes!

10 Squats (hold weight at chest)

10 Burpees

10 Swings (use KB or DB)

10 Jumping Jacks

10 Snatches (each side)

500 Meter Row*
