I didn’t know what was missing

Hey friend!

Have you even gotten a gift (even if it's from yourself!) that became the thing you didn't even know you needed so much? Isn't it the best?! I am typically not a fan of gifts in general (giving or receiving - the whole process feels stressful to me) but I love gifts when they solve a problem or make life easier. So, today I'm going to share a few things I received/purchased in December that have become favorites! (Bonus: I'm not a spender so all of these items are inexpensive!)

1. The Original Makeup Eraser (Amazon). My husband loves giving gifts and has a knack for finding helpful things. He proved this once again with this little cloth! I never wash my face at night (I know, I'm a terrible person.). I'm tired at night and don't want all the mess and steps. Problem solved. You just wet a section of this cloth with warm water and gently wipe your face...and your makeup disappears! So easy! You just toss it in your laundry to wash. I loved it so much he got me another one so I always have a clean cloth.

2. Revlon One Step Volumizer and Hot Air Brush (Walmart or Amazon). I have never been able to dry and style my hair at the same time, until now. This has cut my hair styling time in half plus my hair really does have more volume and the ends look smoother. I shared this find on social media (come hang out with me there!) and have had several friends buy one and love it as much as I do!

3. Snowberry Spark (TJandCasey.com) It makes me smile every time someone says "I just don't know how you do it all." Um, I do...Spark! It wakes my brain up in the morning, and gives me a little pickup in the afternoon - I haven't been a day without it in over 10 years! Even when I don't feel like doing something, once my Spark kicks in I have the level energy I need to get it done. Plus it's full of vitamins so I know I am making a "good for me" choice. I was hesitant about this new Black Currant & Lime flavor but it is quickly becoming a top favorite! The down side is that it's only available for a limited time.

4. Modelones Dipped Powder Nail Starter Kit (Amazon). My nails have always been the worst. They aren't a pretty shape, they don't grow, and I can never keep nail polish on them (they even chip the day after a professional manicure). I love having my nails done professionally before a trip or event but I'm too cheap and too busy to have them done regularly. On a whim I purchased this dipped powder kit and have had so much fun with it! It comes with all the tools you need, a bunch of colors, the powder stays on well and it's easy to do. I've already changed colors/combinations 6 or 7 times!

5. Eureka Rapid Clean Pro Stick Vac (Amazon) We welcomed our golden doodle Emme Belle (named by my oldest son) into our family last March. Today is actually her first birthday! I love her, but I do not love having dog hair everywhere! I scoured websites and reviews to find a quality, yet reasonably priced, stick vacuum and this has been it! It so much fun to use that my oldest says its his new favorite toy (he used to have to sweep the kitchen after dinner but now gets to use this. 😉) It also converts to a handheld vacuum which is a nice bonus.

6. The New & Improved MNS (TJandCasey.com) I've told you about these before, but they are now better than ever. The Metabolic Nutrition System is vitamins and supplements to help fill nutritional gaps, provide energy and supports weight management. AdvoCare has streamlined the system (thank goodness!!) so that now you only have to swallow 5 or 6 (depending on if you choose Omni or Delta) pills while before it was 12 or 13 a day! Plus they added back in a probiotic supplement that is super important. Again, I have taken these for the last 10 years and know they are the best.

So there you have it, a few of my favorite finds! I hope you check these out and enjoy them like I do!

Your Friend,
