I actually just started yesterday! 😱 Before these next two weeks become a blur of activity, I wanted to send you a few quick and easy workouts that you can do at home…or someone else’s home if you are traveling! Remember to keep those daily consistent habits (that we talked about last week) to avoid being totally derailed this month.
