🍎Fall Favorites🎃
Hey Friend! It’s chilly this morning! Cool air and fall colors call for special treats, so today I’m going to share two of my Fall Favorites with you. 🧡
First up, Pumpkin Protein Fluff. So simple and you can adapt all of the ingredient amounts to your liking. Mix together 1 can of pumpkin pie filling, 8oz. tub of Cool Whip (feel free to use the sugar free, organic, whatever floats your boat), a heaping scoop (or two if you want it a bit thicker and heartier) of Vanilla Body Lean 25, and Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste (I was out so I just grabbed the components I had on hand). If you want it a bit sweeter you can add your preferred zero calorie sweetener of choice or a touch of maple syrup. I eat this on it’s own or use it as a dip for pretzel sticks or graham crackers.
