Be Real: February Fitness Challenge
Hey friend!
Where did January go?!?! Monday starts a new month and a new opportunity to conquer a goal. ππ»ππͺπΌ I took a poll (find me on IG & FB!) to figure out which area of the body my friends wanted to focus on for our February Challenge and the results were split. This is a challenge for someone like me who wants to please everyone. π° Rather than take a side, I put my thinking cap on and found a solution...kettlebell swings! This is a full body exercise that targets the abs, shoulders, pecs, glutes, quads, hips, hamstrings, and lats with a simple motion. #winning
I know what you're thinking...
1. I don't own a kettlebell.
No problem! You can swing a dumbell instead.
2. I don't know how to do a proper kettlebell swing.
