At Home Gym Fav Fitness Finds

Hey Friend! As you know, I workout at home more often than not. I still love a good gym workout, but it seems as though my schedule just doesn’t allow for it as it once did. So most weeks I do my workout in the comfort of my own home, 45 minutes a day, 5 days per week. So today I am going to share with you my top three things to buy when starting your own home gym. I have gathered several additional pieces over the last few years, but these are the items I started with and will provide just what you need.

Now let’s set up your home gym! ☺️ My top three choices are a rower, a step, and a barbell set.

TJ bought me this Sunny rowing machine for my birthday 4 years ago and it’s still going strong!

I checked Amazon today and it’s on sale for $241.

My next recommendation is an adjustable step. There are several available on Amazon for as little as $25. You can use these for aerobic work (step ups, box jumps, elevated lunges, etc.) or as a weight bench for chest or back work.

Finally, a barbell set. You can use it assembled for a variety of exercises or use the plates as substitutes for dumbbell exercises.
