A Confession & A Challenge

Hey Friend! Have you ever been to St. Augustine, FL? TJ and I just got back late last night from spending 3 days there. It was so better than we expected, I highly recommend you put it on your travel list!

I’m currently in the throws of getting caught up on laundry, grocery shop, and prepping for the week, so I’m going to keep this short with just a confession and then a challenge. First, the confession. I have been a total slacker with upper body work and our pictures from our trip show it. Sooooo…I have decided it’s time for a pushup challenge! Remember, consistency over time is what gets results and pushups work both your chest and arm muscles which means this 30 Day Challenge is right on target! But before you begin, make sure you know proper pushup form! Here is a quick lesson.

There is one more thing I’m doing, well actually I’ve been doing this in preparation for St. Augustine, mixing Slim and BioCharge for my afternoon pick me up drink. The Slim boosts my energy AND curbs my appetite. The BioCharge gives me a big dose of amino acids to help me get the maximum results from my workouts - including the pushup challenge!
